  • Delays in feedback may shift delivery schedules.
  • Approved concepts that later require major directional changes may be treated as additional scope.
  • Final approved assets may be used by the client after payment clearance.

  • The agency may showcase completed work in its portfolio or case studies unless restricted in writing.
